Conditions for use of the Free Sleep Cheque and Clubcard.
1. The Free Sleep Cheque grants two persons the right to a free stay in a two person hotel room, for the number of subsequent nights noted on the front of this cheque, in one of the hotels included on this Website.2. The cheque is valid until the date mentioned on the front of this cheque, and can only once be traded in with one of the hotels included on this Website. The Clubcard is valid for one year and allows you to stay as often and as long as you want (in dialogue with the relevant hotel) for free with 2 persons.
3. For free stays, it is necessary to spend at least the amount mentioned on this Website on breakfast and dinner. This amount relates to only meals and therefore, unless stated otherwise, extras such as beverages, tobacco, telephone costs and so on do not add to this amount.
4. In case the mentioned minumum amount is not or only partially spent in the relevant hotel, this hotel is entitled to charge you with the mentioned minimum amount.
5. If you wish to use the Free Sleep cheque or Clubcard, it is always necessary to book by telephone in advance. You contact your preferred hotel yourself. Mention you wish to make use of this cheque or Clubcard.
6. All bookings are subject to availability and are solely accepted during the booking periods mentioned on this Website.
7. Should you be unable to stay when you have already booked, please contact the relevant hotel as soon as possible. The hotel is entitled to charge you with, for example, cancellation costs. Inform yourself!
